Cfg

The Configuration File

When Cheyenne is first started, it creates the default http.cfg file.

This file is filled with comments on how to set Cheyenne to server you.

Now you have control over much of how Cheyenne behaves:

  • modules to be loaded
  • globals including which ports to listen on - default includes port 80
  • PHP support
  • the root directory
  • default indexes
  • default pages on common HTTP status codes
  • webapps
  • redirection
  • virtual hosts
